The Brian Jonestown Massacre; Doomdub/UFO Paycheck

Anton Newcombe/Fjordson has been busy recording new BJM tracks, putting some trippy visuals together, and posting them on his YouTube channel. The new project is called (at least for now) WORK IN PROGRESS/BERLIN DE. A few days ago we shared The Revolution Will Not Be Digitised, today we have a new track and accompanying visuals for Doomdub/UFO Paycheck. He is also including Bible verses as captions. This one references Isaiah 24:18-20. You can look it up or head over to his YouTube page to check the verse.

Cocteau Twins; Stars & Topsoil- A Collection (1982-1990)

4AD has announced the release of Stars & Topsoil; A Collection (1982-1990), a collection of the best of the Cocteau Twins 4AD years. You can stream the tracks, get more info, and pre-order on vinyl over HERE. It will be available in early February.

The Raveonettes; Railroad Tracks Video

Sharin and Sune recorded a special acoustic session in the entrance area of the Vega Venue in Copenhagen recently. Here is Railroad Tracks, from their recently released Rarities & B-Sides.

The Raveonettes; B-sides & Rarities Streaming

The Raveonettes have released their 27 track double CD B-Sides & Rarities just in time for Christmas. Normally we are not big fans of the repackaged, re-issued, or the "Live at (insert venue here)" holiday stuff, but we are happy to make an exception for this album. You can stream 12 tracks from the record below, and you can, and should, purchase it HERE. It would make a great Christmas gift (not so subtle hint).

Radiohead; The Daily Mail & Staircase

Radiohead is in the giving mood as they released a couple of tracks recorded during the The King Of Limbs sessions. We have shared videos of these tracks recorded for the In The Basement series. Today we found the tracks as mp3s hosted by the good folks over at Quit Mumbling. Here they are.

The Brian Jonestown Massacre; The Revolution Will Not Be Digitised

Here's a nice little treat for your Monday, a new tune and video that just popped up on Anton's YouTube channel, from The Brian Jonestown Massacre. The only info we have on this track was that it was recorded yesterday in Berlin, and it comes with the curious caption, "Where the f**k is Kevin Shields?". This is The Revolution Will Not Be Digitised.
